We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. This role involves managing administrative tasks, addressing client inquiries, promoting and selling studio packages, and contributing to client retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the studio, creating a positive first impression.
Assist clients with class bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Perform administrative duties such as managing client records, handling correspondence, and maintaining the studio's cleanliness and organization.
Promote and sell studio packages to potential and existing clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
Support marketing and client retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a fitness, wellness, or similar environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
Positive energy and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
Sales experience or a strong aptitude for sales is highly desirable.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
