Job Title Receptionist/Administration Assistant
Description
Our office is looking for an organized, dependable FEMALE Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to provide support to our patients and our upper-level employees.
The position starts as receptionist and will grow into administrative assistant upon your ability to anticipate and manage situations encountered.
Initially, you will follow desk operations (booking, phone calls, etc...).
Once you have proven your managing skill, you will be promoted to Administrative Assistant, where you also oversee day-to-day office operations.
This includes:
-ensuring Quality procedures/policies are met,
-providing weekly/monthly accounting/managing report & analysis,
-guidance to junior-level or entry-level assistants,
-ordering office supplies
-managing the general filing system and front desk operations.
High school diploma or GED certificate
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Previous administrative assistant or secretarial experience is required (3-5 years minimum)
Organizational skills
Phone communication skills
Computer proficiency
The package is AED 4,000 per month, limited contract for 2 years, 48 hours per week with flexible timings, holidays and yearly flight ticket to your home country.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,000.00 per month
