Levelly Real Estate and Levelly Holiday Homes are seeking a professional, well-organized
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support both the real estate and holiday homes divisions, providing exceptional front desk service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, tenants, and visitors in a professional manner
Manage phone calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins
Schedule property viewings, meetings, and short-term rental bookings
Prepare and organize documents including contracts and tenancy agreements
Update and manage CRM systems and online property listings (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Airbnb, Booking.com)
Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and concierge teams for holiday home operations
Support invoicing, payment tracking, and receipt issuance
Manage office supplies, couriers, and general admin tasks
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or admin assistant (real estate preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM knowledge is an advantage
Familiarity with platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, Airbnb, or Booking.com is highly preferred
Presentable, organized, and able to multitask effectively
Must be currently residing in Dubai
