Manage the day to day operational matters related to front desk activities. The first point of contact for organization. The first person to ensure the warm, welcoming environment and high quality standard of administrative task for the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support across the organization.
Greet and welcome guests/visitors.
Direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
Distributes correspondence and redirect calls.
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
Initiate outgoing calls if required.
Received, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Arrange documents delivery as required
Assist the clerical requirements of other department as needed.
Prepares PO for office stationery and keep the inventory of stock.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
Draft letters, emails and other correspondence.
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Capture, edit and enhance video footage to create visually appealing and informative videos for Interior Department in Digital Marketing.
Take high resolution photos for use in various marketing.
Create, manage and organize various types of documents in Meydan 2 building.
Assisting HR Department in payroll process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
