Job Title: Receptionist/Admin - Real Estate - Dubai

Job Responsibilities:
1.Managing Reception and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

2.Attending daily calls.

3.Connecting the calls to the concerned person/ department.

4.Coordination with the customers

5.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone call /email

6.Maintaining daily records and details.

7.Entries on the systems and excel.

8.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
9.Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
10.Allocate responsibilities and office space
11.Assess staff performance
12.Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
13.Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
14.Manage schedules and deadlines
15.Purchase new material as needed
16.Identify process bottlenecks & Offer solutions for improvement
17.Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation, facilities services and maintenance & other office activities.
18.Adhere to policies and regulations.
19.Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
