Receptionist/Tele caller
to manage our front desk operations, assist with daily office coordination, and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a warm, professional reception environment
Serve refreshments and prepare meeting rooms before and after appointments
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and general office inquiries
Manage office opening/closing, cleanliness, and supplies
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams
Maintain staff attendance and assist with onboarding procedures
Perform tele calling tasks when required, including lead follow-up and basic client qualification
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist or admin role (Real Estate experience Required)
Experience as a tele caller or handling high-volume calls
Excellent communication skills with strong confidence in client interaction
Well-presented, positive, and professional demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence
Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Fluent in English
