A prestigious international law firm is seeking a professional and polished Receptionist to join its new Abu Dhabi office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a vital role in delivering a seamless, world-class front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
Manage reception operations, including answering calls, handling emails, logging visitors, and maintaining a tidy, secure front-of-house environment.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-ups, AV equipment, and refreshments.
Liaise with the Guest Services Assistant and hospitality team to support internal and external meetings and events.
Assist with client hospitality, including catering arrangements and VIP visitor care.
Communicate with vendors, building management, and service providers as needed.
Maintain pantry and hospitality areas, ensuring cleanliness and appropriate stock levels.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols across reception and shared spaces.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally in a corporate, legal, or luxury hospitality setting.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Impeccable presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and a client-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to adapt to booking and internal systems.
Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working in a high-profile environment.
Flexible and team-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly and professionally.
