Welcoming members and visitors and responding to their inquiries.
Registering memberships and following up on payments and invoices.
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments for sports activities.
Coordinating schedules with trainers and administrative staff.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma; diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in reception or customer service, preferably in sports clubs.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to use computer programs and manage memberships.
Friendly personality and professional appearance.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
