Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system.
Handle patient inquiries(Social media), direct calls, and relay messages accurately.
Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.
Collect payments and process billing or insurance information as required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with data protection policies.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (certificate or diploma in healthcare administration preferred).
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software.
Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
