We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our medical clinic team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong computer literacy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, procedures, and policies.
Assist with billing and insurance claims processing when needed.
Fluency in Arabic (spoken)
