We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at our construction project management office in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide administrative support across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Coordinate with internal staff regarding visitors and deliveries.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a construction or project management office is a plus.
