Greet clients as they arrive and make them feel welcome in the salon.
Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries about services, availability, and general salon information.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that clients are properly booked and aware of any special instructions.
Maintain the appointment calendar and assist with managing the flow of clients to minimize wait times.
Process client check-ins and check-outs, handle payments (cash, credit card, gift certificates), and issue receipts.
Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Operations Manager when needed.
Provide clients with information on nail care services, products, and any ongoing promotions.
Promote the salon's services and retail products to clients as they check out or inquire.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A passion for the beauty industry and desire to provide excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
English speaking is required
