The Company: A large multinational Oil and Gas firm based in Shrajah The Role: The Receptionist will be responsible for the front-of-house management and act as the face of the organization. Major Responsibilities: Routine Administrative & Technical Support Activities
Deliver excellent customer service at all time
Meet and greet clients
Direct visitors
Answering, directing and screening telephone calls
Compose letters and memorandum
Schedule appointments and update the company calendar
Schedule meetings and reserve rooms for meetings
Distribute mail
Prepare materials for conferences, meetings etc
Maintain filing system
Prepare and expedite purchase orders
Maintains and processes forms
Performing other duties assigned
Occasional travel booking
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relatable field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently (Speaking/Reading)
