:Receptionist - UAE NationalWe require a Male Receptionist - UAE national for a prestigious company in Abu Dhabi.1-2 years experience preferred.Job description.Receptionists shall be responsible for presenting the company with high customer service standards when dealing with Guests and Employees.a. Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.b. Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office.c. Informing the relevant employees of the arrival of visitors and necessary coordination, as necessary.d. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.e. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking messages and notes.f. Preparing meeting and training rooms.g. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.h. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.i. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.j. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.k. Provide excellent customer service.l. Scheduling appointments.m. Check, accept and sign for courier delivered items.RequirementsMinimum Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a suitable field.
- Prior, proven experience as a receptionist or in related field preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Shift work, 4days x 4 off, 9am till 9pm on the 4 workdays (does not exceed 48 hours a week)
