Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist



Key Responsibilities:



Front Desk Management:



Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude. Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling mail.

Customer Service:



Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and general information about our services. Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Administrative Support:



Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar. Assist with office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed.

Communication:



Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations. Distribute internal communications and announcements as required.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
