Our client, a sports and leisure centre, is looking for receptionists to be based in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will be responsible for:Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organizedAnswering phone call and receiving visitors in an efficient, tactful, and courteous mannerAnswering client inquiries about rates and servicesManaging the booking of the appointments with coaches and clientsProviding general administration support to other staffEnsuring communication is accurate throughout the branches and that all documents and systems reflect the correct situation of the branchListens to client concerns with empathy and offers every possible help within the role assigned and, ensures a follow through of the client issue till its closureGeneral administration of public eventsPerform other general office dutiesRequirementsYou would be the best fit for this role if you have the following:Passionate about sportsHave at least 2 years working experience in the same fieldExperience/knowledge in racket sports (padel, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, etc.)Excellent English communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsPossess basic IT skillsFlexible to work outside the city in Abu DhabiFlexible to work on a shifting scheduleFluency in any European language is preferredTo view other vacancies we have,please check our website () and follow us on our social media accounts -///
