Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
2 years of experience
, preferably with a
hospitality or customer service background
, and strong communication skills in
English and Arabic
.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor logs
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide basic administrative support to internal teams
Ensure a positive first impression of the company at all times
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
Native Arabic Speaker -
mandatory
Hospitality or customer service background
is highly preferred
Fluency in
English and Arabic
(spoken and written)
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Preferred Candidate
Experience in real estate, corporate offices, hotels, or service-based environments
Currently residing in the UAE
