Job Description

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Maintain visitor logs and issue access/gate passes. Assist with document filing, printing, and basic data entry.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent. Home-country experience as a receptionist or in a customer-service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Candidates having own visa will be preferred Language: English & Hindi
