We are seeking a well-presented and professional Emirati Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our regional luxury perfume distribution office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-desk support, manage administrative tasks, and uphold the brand's premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare for client visits.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and basic office logistics.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects our luxury brand image.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support HR and management with day-to-day office coordination.
Ensure confidentiality and handle information with discretion.
Qualifications & Skills
UAE National (Emirati).
High school diploma or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience in reception or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Professional appearance and friendly, welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced office environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
