Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail efficiently
Assist with tele-sales activities and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support office documentation
Provide administrative support across departments as required
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
1-2 years of experience in reception/front desk management
Strong skills in call handling, mail management, and tele-sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (preferred)
