Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage emails and incoming correspondence
Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Assist with basic office tasks (photocopying, filing, scanning)
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area
Support other departments when needed
Requirements
:
Previous experience as a receptionist or similar role (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, typing)
Organized, reliable, and presentable
Ability to multitask and handle busy environments
Good English communication (written & verbal)
