About the Role



We're hiring a warm, organized

Receptionist

to be the first point of contact at our front desk.

Arabic fluency is required

; good

English

is preferred for calls and emails.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and manage check-in/out Answer/route phone calls; handle WhatsApp and email inquiries Schedule/confirm appointments; manage meeting rooms Maintain visitor logs and basic security procedures Receive and distribute mail/packages Support admin tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, petty cash)

Requirements



Fluent Arabic

(spoken & written);

English

(good to excellent) 1+ year in reception or customer service (UAE experience preferred) Professional front-desk etiquette and polished appearance Strong organization and multitasking; attention to detail Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace and basic office equipment Eligible to work on-site in the UAE (valid visa/residency)

Immediate joiner / short notice Background in hospitality, healthcare, or corporate offices
