Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front-desk check-ins/out
Answer and route phone calls; handle WhatsApp/email inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings; manage meeting rooms
Maintain visitor logs and basic security protocols
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Support basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, petty cash)
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations, Facilities) for day-to-day needs
Requirements
Fluent in English and Russian
(spoken and written) -- additional languages are a plus
1+ year in a reception or customer service role (UAE experience preferred)
Professional phone and front-desk etiquette; warm, polished demeanor
Strong organization and multitasking; attention to detail
Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace and basic office tech
Able to work on-site; transferable visa or eligibility to work in the UAE
Nice to Have
Immediate joiner or short notice period
Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or corporate offices
