Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management
(preferred but not always required)
1-2 years of experience in a hotel or front office/receptionist role (some entry-level positions are open to freshers with good communication skills)
Fluent English

Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese are a big advantage in the UAE hospitality industry
