Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as needed
Assist with scheduling, meeting room preparation, and general office support
Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Coordinate with internal teams to manage appointments and requests
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
