The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
* Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
* Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Provide basic and accurate information to clients in person or via phone/email.
* Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges, etc.).
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, and managing office supplies.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
* Support HR or administrative teams with onboarding new staff or event coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (AssociateaEUR(TM)s or BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree is a plus)
* Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Customer service attitude
