We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
Provide information to callers or visitors inquiring about the company
Perform data entry, maintain records, and update databases as needed
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with meeting coordination
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked
Experience
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Strong communication skills with excellent customer service abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures such as printers and scanners
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
