As the Apartment Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact at the leasing office. You will greet visitors, assist residents, answer phone calls, and support the property management team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and prospective tenants in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls; respond to inquiries about apartment availability, amenities, and lease terms
Schedule and confirm property tours and appointments
Maintain a tidy and organized front office and lobby area
Accept and log deliveries/packages for residents and staff
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Help coordinate community events and distribute resident communications
Support the leasing team with application processing and follow-ups as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
