We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Rixos Al Mairid, Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our organization.
Greet and direct visitors, guests, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and staff members
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
Handle basic inquiries and provide information about our organization and services
Assist with event preparations and guest accommodations when required
Maintain security by following check-in procedures and issuing visitor badges
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications
Professional Experience:
Demonstrable experience as a
Receptionist
within the
hospitality sector
is mandatory.
Linguistic Proficiency:
Fluency in English and Arabic
