Job Summary
Main tasks and responsibilities include operating telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages, greeting persons entering the establishment, determining the nature and purpose of visit, and directing and escorting them to specific destinations. Arranging travel, assisting with the conference room bookings, and maintaining the general filing system are all part of the remit as well as managing couriers, invoices and petty cash. Lovely, friendly offices and the role offers flexibility around school pick ups etc.
Required Skills
A rare part time opportunity to join the corporate office of a large multi national entity. Located in the DMC/DIC area, our client is need of a part time Receptionist to provide support to the current full time Receptionist. Ideally, they would like someone who will stay in role for a few years and take eventually over the current senior receptionist role. Must have impeccable phone manner with excellent English spoken and written.
