We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized
Receptionist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and handling administrative support tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed (filing, data entry, photocopying)
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
Must hold a valid own visa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,200.00 per month
