We are looking for self-driven and motivated Receptionist - Office Manager. - Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. - Answer all incoming calls, directing them to the relevant departments - Effectively resolve customer queries by providing customers with correct and clear information about the company's products and services as per guidelines, and taking adequate messages when required - Meet, greets and seat visitors - Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times - Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies; source and order stationery - Perform Ad hoc duties as support staff to administration - Assists all departments when the need arises - Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs - Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, and security services Skills and Experience:
