Formerly the property of a notable of the city, this Riad was home to one of the most refined families of Fez. It is in the respect of the tradition that we restored this palace of the XIVth century to make you live a unique experience. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
Maintain the general office filing system
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks
Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments
Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
Answer phones and place reservations
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
2-3 years of relevant experience in similar job
5 Star Hotel Experience is imperative
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English, French & Arabic
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
Additional Information
Proficiency in Arabic, French & English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
