Providing information about products and services to customers, clients and partners Answering or referring inquiries about business operations, policies, or procedures Carrying out clerical support tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing presentations, collating data Scheduling and following up with appointments Copying, scanning and routing correspondence/documentation Maintaining filing systems in paper form or electronically using databases Answering telephone calls promptly Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
