Generally responsible for greeting customers, clients, scheduling appointments, preparing documents and entering information and other administrative duties such as opening and sorting mail and performing basic word processing tasks they required to create and manage records.
Responsibilities-
Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person or department.
Fluent in Arabic & English.
Efficient and courteous in handling of telephone calls, ensuring clear verbal communication, provide necessary information / guidance to caller and transfer the call to the relevant person or if required take clear concise message and pass message on
Provide general administrative support to members of the showroom team as required
Take details of visitors as they come into the showroom, accurately completing of showroom log, allowing sales consultant to understand the conversion ratio of visitors to sales
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Maintain the cleanliness of reception area
* Contribute in achieving Sales targets
