Job Summary:
We are seeking professional, well-presented Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and clients. Candidates must be flexible to work in rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
Handle visitor registrations and issue access passes when required
Coordinate with internal departments to assist visitors and callers
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Provide basic administrative and clerical support as needed
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage)
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, phone systems)
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
