Receptionist
to join our team and be the first point of contact for residents and visitors in our residential building. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations by handling front-desk duties, coordinating communication, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure building security procedures are followed.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for resident requests or issues.
Receive and manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Assist in scheduling appointments, move-ins/outs, and building access requests.
Communicate effectively with building management and tenants regarding notices and updates.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent
