Olive Hut Restaurant is seeking a professional and customer-oriented
Male Receptionist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will manage front-desk responsibilities including handling cash, answering calls, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Take and process orders accurately (both dine-in and takeaway)
Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily cash reports
Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure smooth order flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with basic administrative tasks when required
Requirements
Male candidates only
Valid labor card with
minimum 6 months validity
Proficiency in
English, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or F&B sector preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
