for our Leasing Department. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, handling calls and inquiries professionally while supporting leasing operations.
Requirements:
2-3 years of receptionist or customer service experience (real estate experience preferred)
Knowledge of UAE real estate market and leasing procedures
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional, organized, and customer-oriented
Based in UAE and ready to join immediately (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Greet and assist tenants, clients, and visitors
Provide basic information on leasing and property availability
Log and escalate tenant issues or service requests
Maintain an organized and clean reception area
Support leasing team with documents, reports, and follow-ups
Manage appointments and coordinate viewings
Handle email and courier correspondence
Track office supplies and coordinate needs with admin
Maintain accurate filing and leasing logs
