We are looking for a Receptionist/Secretary to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, managing communications and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Handle phone calls and emails promptly
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendars and meetings schedule
- Coordinate with company staff for meetings and documentation
- Maintain organized records and files
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Arrange International Visits
- Provides Word processing and secretarial support whenever requested
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be bilingual
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, printing, scanning, filing etc.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is mandatory
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
-BSc/ BA or Diploma in Relative Field
