Qualifications

Are you the right fit? - The Suitable Talent

Experience as a Receptionist / Guest Relations Agent, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred but not required. 0-2 years related experience or training preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) Customer-focused attitude and cultural sensitivity Additional foreign language is an asset (

Russian and German Speaking

).

Education

: High School Diploma or equivalent.
