Job Summary

Aadhira Beauty Salon is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused

Salon Receptionist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and ensure a pleasant welcome experience Manage appointment bookings (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and online) Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable manner Coordinate schedules for beauticians and manage walk-in clients Handle billing, invoicing, cash, and card payments accurately Promote salon services, packages, and ongoing offers to clients Maintain client records and daily sales reports Assist with basic administrative tasks as required
Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (salon or hospitality experience preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (appointments, billing, Excel is a plus) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance Customer-oriented with a positive attitude Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Working Hours

As per salon schedule (shift-based)

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
