We are hiring a Receptionist with native-level Arabic & English proficiency and previous experience in a beauty/aesthetic clinic.
This role is client-facing and suited for working in a female-focused beauty environment.
3-day examination/trial period (unpaid).

Responsibilities:
Answer calls and messages
Book and manage appointments
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Maintain client records using DHA software (Clinicea)
Handle billing and payments
Requirements (Mandatory):
Arabic & English - Native-level proficiency
Previous experience in a beauty/aesthetic clinic
Experience in reception, call center, or lead follow-up
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
