Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.
Provide information about the center's services and assist clients with inquiries.
Support sales activities by promoting services and packages to new and existing clients.
Create and post simple content (stories and photos) for social media platforms.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote offers and campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a receptionist, preferably in a
medical or beauty center
.
Strong
sales and customer service
skills.
Confident in creating social media content (Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
Presentable, energetic, and friendly personality.
Must have a
valid UAE residence visa
(transferable preferred).
