Glimmer Pilates Studio is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist & Junior Finance Coordinator. This is not a typical receptionist role -- you will be the first point of contact for clients, manage front desk operations, handle financial reporting, support staff management, and contribute to social media and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Client Care
Welcome and assist clients with bookings, memberships, and inquiries.
Manage reception communications (calls, WhatsApp, email).
Finance & Reporting
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
(sales, class revenue, petty cash, expenses).
Track membership payments, refunds, and trainer commissions.
Support management in preparing basic financial summaries.
Social Media & Content
Manage studio social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions).
Assist in promoting offers, events, and collaborations.
Management & Coordination
Help with staff schedules and class coordination.
Ensure smooth operations and high-quality client experience.
Assist management in implementing studio policies.
Requirements
Fluency in
Arabic & English
(spoken & written).
Experience in
reception/administration
.
Strong skills in
finance reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)
.
Knowledge of
basic accounting/finance principles
.
Familiarity with
social media platforms
.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Previous experience in
fitness, wellness, or hospitality
.
Creative content creation skills for social media.
Ability to manage clients and support staff effectively.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
