We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and organized
Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors at our office in
Industrial Area 3, Sharjah
. The ideal candidate will also provide basic administrative support to the office team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Schedule appointments and assist in meeting coordination.
Provide general information to callers and walk-in clients.
Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Support internal teams with clerical tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Female candidates on husband/family visa only
(visa not provided).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Outlook, Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English, Malayalam and Hindi
.
Positive attitude, approachable demeanor and good customer service skills.
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
Well-organized and able to multitask efficiently.
Must have own transportation
(no transport provided).
