The Receptionist at Baraf Dessert & Coffee is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests and visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, scheduling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency while representing the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and handle customer questions effectively.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Book reservations and manage customer appointments as needed.
Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues promptly.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Support the team with general clerical duties and operational support.
Ensure accurate recording of visitor details and maintain visitor logs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
