Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage and respond to emails and messages promptly
Provide basic and accurate information to clients or guests regarding company services
Direct clients or visitors to the appropriate department or staff member
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges if applicable
Handle daily clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces in a tidy and professional condition
Monitor office supplies and coordinate reordering when necessary
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate bookings for managers or executives
Maintain and update staff calendars when required
Assist the HR team with basic administrative support during recruitment or onboarding
Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and managers for smooth communication across departments
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Arrange courier services as needed
Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and receipts
Assist with documentation, forms, and archiving of physical and digital records
Handle basic client inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently
Escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when required
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager, CEO, or HR to support overall office operations
Stay available for occasional overtime or flexible tasks as per business needs
Willing to take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
