The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and a warm, welcoming attitude. This role requires someone who can manage front-desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
Presentable and well-groomed appearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry is a plus
Knowledge of basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
