Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional

Receptionist Arabic Speaker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment in the office.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and document management. Maintain office supplies inventory and order replenishments when necessary. Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. Provide exceptional customer service and assist with client relations.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.
